Training Courses Terms and Conditions
1. General Booking Information:
1.1. All bookings for training courses are subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your practical dates
1.2. Bookings can be made online through our website booking portal, via email at

1.3. Confirmation of booking will be provided via email upon receipt of payment or booking fee. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information during the booking process.
1.4. Participants must meet any prerequisites specified for the course. These may include prior knowledge or experience relevant to the course content.
2. Payments and Booking Fees:
2.1. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
2.2. A booking fee may be required to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due before the course commencement date. Details of any booking fee will be provided at the time of booking.
2.3. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, via our website, Please note that additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.
2.4 If installment plan is arranged with the training provider this will Failure to keep up with installments may result in practical dates being changed.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
3.1. Cancellations made 7 days after booking will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit or booking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Once the online theory has commenced any refund will be refused
3.2. Cancellations made after this will incur a 50% cancellation fee ( after booking
fee has been deducted). Up until 30 days before the practical date, then no refund
will be issued. The refund may take 60 days to be issued.
3.3. Participants may request to reschedule their course to an alternative date,
subject to availability and approval. A £50 admin fee will be required to reschedule
practical dates. Rescheduling requests must be made 30 days before the original
course start date.
4. Completing Courses:
4.1. Participants are required to attend all sessions of the course to receive a
certificate of completion, unless otherwise specified. It is the participant's
responsibility to ensure punctuality and full attendance.
4.2. Late arrival or early departure may result in denial of certification or partial credit
for the course. Participants are encouraged to notify the training provider in advance
if they anticipate any scheduling conflicts.
5. General:
5.1. The training provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to
unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or insufficient enrolment.
In such cases, participants will be offered alternative dates
5.2. The training provider is not responsible for any expenses incurred by
participants, such as travel or accommodation, in the event of course cancellation or
rescheduling. We recommend that participants refrain from making non-refundable
travel arrangements until their course booking is confirmed.
6. Certification:
6.1. Certificates of completion will be provided to participants who successfully fulfil
all course requirements, including attendance, participation, and any assessments or examinations. Case studies must be submitted within 3 months of the final practical date.
6.2. The training provider reserves the right to withhold certification if a participant
fails to meet the necessary criteria for course completion. Participants will be notified
of any concerns regarding their eligibility for certification and may be offered the
opportunity to retake the course or complete additional requirements.
7. Complaints:
7.1. Any complaints or concerns regarding the training course should be addressed
to the training provider in writing within 60 days of the course completion date.
Please provide detailed information about the nature of your complaint and any
supporting documentation.
7.2. The training provider will endeavour to resolve any complaints in a timely and
satisfactory manner. We take feedback from our participants seriously and are
committed to continuously improving our training programs based on your input.
